Wynne, who was among those declared wanted by the police alongside a Nigerian named Lucky Ehims, denied the allegations and stated that he is not on the run.

The Nigerian Police had previously announced a N20 million reward for information leading to the arrest of Wynne and Ehims, offering N10 million for each suspect.
