According to an official press statement shared with LEADERSHIP, Instagram detailed the key updates, stating, “We are introducing new fonts to elevate text presentation on reels, along with enhanced capabilities for editing individual clips.
Users can now zoom, crop, rotate, undo, and redo edits and choose from 10 new text-to-speech voices.”
The statement further elaborated on the reel-specific additions, stating, “On reels, we are introducing the ability to incorporate audio clips from movies, TV shows, or user-created audio, sourced from our new media clip hub.
Moreover, we are launching brand new photo filters designed specifically for feed posts and carousels.”
This comprehensive suite of editing tools and features underscores Instagram’s commitment to providing a dynamic and enriched creative space for its user base.
