United States Attorney General Pam Bondi has confirmed that the Jeffrey Epstein files, which include “a lot of names,” are expected to be released on February 27.
In an interview, Bondi explained that the release had been delayed to protect the personal information of over 250 victims.
“We’re preparing to release some Epstein-related information from my office,” Bondi stated. “With more than 250 victims involved, it’s deeply disturbing. We must ensure their identities and personal details are safeguarded.”

When asked what the Jeffrey Epstein Files could reveal, the US attorney general said, “What you are going to see is a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, and a lot of information…it’s pretty sick what that man did.”
With the release of the Jeffrey Epstein Files, some high-profile and powerful names linked to the sex trafficker may become public, implicating them in sex crimes linked to the late offender.
A few days after being sworn in as the 47th President of the United States, Donald Trump signed an executive order titled “Declassification of Records,” which covered documents related to the assassination of John F. Kennedy, Jeffrey Epstein, and UFOs.
However, the delay in releasing the Jeffrey Epstein files sparked questions from Republican lawmakers.
The Jeffrey Epstein client list is rumored to contain the names of high-profile individuals from politics, business, entertainment, and royalty who were allegedly connected to Jeffrey Epstein.
An unsealed court document revealed several names, including former U.S. Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, former First Lady Hillary Clinton, renowned physicist Stephen Hawking, and Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio.
Meanwhile, speculation arose that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) was deleting certain files related to the Epstein case, raising concerns about the possible removal of influential names.
Jeffrey Epstein was a financier convicted of sex crimes involving hundreds of underage girls. He was found dead in his cell at New York’s Metropolitan Correctional Center in August 2019 while awaiting trial for these crimes. His death was officially ruled a suicide.
