Police Raise Alarm Over Recent Recruitment Riddled With Corruption, Say List Flooded with Non-Applicants

The Nigeria Police Force has raised alarms about irregularities and alleged corruption in the recently released list of successful candidates for the ongoing 2022/23 Police Constables Recruitment Exercise.

This development was detailed in a statement issued on Saturday by the Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, and made available to DAILY POST.

According to the statement, a careful review of the list posted on the Police Service Commission (PSC) portal revealed that individuals who never applied, candidates who failed the Computer Based Test, and those disqualified for medical reasons were included in the final list.

However, on June 10, the Inspector General of Police sent a letter of objection to the Chairman of the Commission, citing the discovered irregularities.
