Human rights activist Aisha Yesufu has taunted political leaders over their quick resort to prayers as the solution to Nigeria’s problems.
Aisha’s outburst comes following a national prayer led by Tinubu’s wife, Oluremi Tinubu.
Reacting to this development, Yesufu took to her official X handle to charge the leaders to put the brain God gave them to work.
She wrote,”Even the politicians are praying harder than you people!Keep praying and don’t use the brains that God gave you!
However, Nigerians on X has expressed their opinion concerning the issue.
“If Nigeria politician like REMI & Ribadu lead prayer who go believe God will ever answer all that kind of prayer ? Is it possible that prayer has no effect Tinubu government can not succeed no matter the prayer u pray the foundation is faulty Hunger dey,”Green purple rave wrote.
Another X user, Preach Dfyne wrote,”They are praying away the last will of reasoning the masses have to revolt.”
