In a thrilling Premier League match on Sunday, Liverpool secured a 4-3 victory over Fulham, thanks to two late goals scored just a minute apart. Trent Alexander-Arnold netted the winner in the 88th minute, capping off a breathless encounter.
Wataru Endo scored in the 87th minute, while Alexis Mac Allister marked his debut with a goal. An own goal by Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno, following Alexander-Arnold’s spectacular free kick, also contributed to Liverpool’s tally. The victory propelled Jurgen Klopp’s team into second place in the standings with 31 points.

Liverpool now trail leaders Arsenal by just two points. Manchester City, sitting third with 29 points, are yet to play their match on Sunday. Fulham, despite commendable efforts from Harry Wilson, Kenny Tete, and Bobby De Cordova-Reid, find themselves in 14th place.
The match saw Fulham fight back twice from being a goal down, but Liverpool’s late surge ensured the home side maintained their unbeaten run at Anfield in the Premier League since October 2022.
