Labour Party’s gubernatorial candidate, Udengs Eradiri, voted at Polling Unit 5 in Agudama/Ekpetiama Ward, Yenagoa Local Government, expressing satisfaction with the ongoing electoral process.
However, he raised concerns about widespread allegations of vote buying, claiming that opposition party agents are distributing sums between N10,000 to N12,000 to voters.
Udeng, addressing the media post-voting, asserted that the electoral process was proceeding smoothly, except for the troubling reports of financial inducements.

He accused opposition party agents of handing out cash to influence the electorate.
Highlighting a more serious allegation, Eradiri claimed that state resources were being utilized for vote-buying efforts. Despite these concerns, he remained optimistic about the overall integrity of the election.
The atmosphere at the polling unit appeared calm, with voters participating in the process.
