Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has officially launched his campaign for the 2027 presidential election.
Supporters of Makinde have already begun rallying behind him, promoting his candidacy with the hashtag #MakindeForPresident.
Currently, the governor is hosting members of the PDP press corps in Ibadan, where he is highlighting his projects across the southwest states.
Notably, the official social media accounts of the PDP have also been using the hashtag #MakindeForPresident while sharing photos and videos of his key projects.
