Popular comedian Mr. Macaroni, also known as Debo Adebayo, has strongly refuted accusations made by fellow comedian Seyi Law in a recent post, accusing him of spreading false narratives about their past collaboration.
Mr. Macaroni clarified that Seyi Law’s claims were entirely untrue, denying any suggestion that he had ever sought support from Seyi Law or his family, and calling out the lies to set the record straight.
In a recent post shared on X formerly Twitter, Mr. Macaroni explained that, contrary to Seyi Law’s accusations, it was Seyi Law who reached out to him in December 2019 with an idea for a joint project.

Mr. Macaroni pointed out that by this time, he had already gained considerable fame with his viral “Daddy Wa” content, which is why Seyi Law approached him.
He also addressed Seyi Law’s claim of him asking for help in 2020, stating that it was an outright fabrication.

Further addressing the issue, Mr. Macaroni refuted claims that he agreed to collaborate after attending Seyi Law’s mother’s birthday party in January 2020.
He clarified that it was actually Seyi Law who invited him to the celebration, where he attended and interacted with guests, some of whom were thrilled to meet him.
However, Mr. Macaroni emphasized that Seyi Law had seen his existing value and chose to collaborate with him on the content, which led to a successful partnership.
He expressed disappointment over the false narrative being portrayed, reaffirming that their collaboration was based on mutual respect and shared opportunities.
Mr. Macaroni concluded by wishing Seyi Law well on his 20th anniversary in the comedy industry.
