Nigerian music sensation and Marilan Records founder, Naira Marley, has returned to Nigeria and been taken into custody by the Lagos State Police command over an investigation into the tragic death of his former protege, Mohbad.
Lagos State Police Command, through its spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed that the embattled singer has been taken into custody.
For weeks, speculation had been rife regarding Naira Marley’s whereabouts following the untimely demise of Mohbad, a rising star under his wing.
