Barrister Kalu Kalu has just confirmed at the World International Press Conference of the PDP’s Abubaker Atiku that the Supreme Court will accept a party to bring in fresh evidence provided they meet certain requirements, which have been met after Abubaker Atiku successfully exposed Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s lies and the act of forgery.
Barrister Kalu Kuku made this known during his speech at Atiku’s World Press Conference in Abuja, as against multiple reports that state the Supreme Court can’t adduce new evidence in the ongoing case to disqualify Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Barr. Kalu Kalu said, “The Supreme Court has held that they can accept a party to adduce fresh evidence provided they meet certain requirements, and from all that has transpired in Chicago, we have met all the requirements.”
