The FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, has come under criticism after threatening Sen. Ireti Kingibe, a Nigerian senator representing the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in the Red Chamber.
The backlash was swift, with many reacting after Wike told the senator that she won’t return to the House in the 2027 election.
Wike made the controversial statement during the flag-off of the construction of the Mabushi Bus Terminal in Abuja, Wike said Kingibe would lose the support of FCT residents in the next election.
@HAHayatu twitted that Ireti Kingibe is 70 years old, Nyesom Wike is 56 years old. They can easily interchange age and no one will doubt.
However, @ukachi_benedict said Wike will never learn, he sees himself as god. As he looks like an 80 year old man,what makes him think that he will see 2027?
