A Nigerian social media commentator, Shehu Gazali Sadiq, has criticized the country’s political leaders, accusing them of engaging in excessive sycophancy toward Bola Tinubu.
In a post on his X handle, Sadiq alleged that governors and federal legislators have reduced themselves to “shameless children” who chase after money and power instead of prioritizing the welfare of Nigerians.
“In Nigeria, sycophancy is on another level. Governors and legislators are sycophants. They follow Tinubu like shameless children who worship money and power. Nigeria is gone to the dogs, walahi,” he wrote.
