Renowned journalist and broadcaster Oseni Rufai has stated that Nigeria has always been led by individuals without a school certificate.
He made this known in a post shared on his official X handle on Tuesday.
He wrote,”Nigeria had been led by people without school cert. Na wa. Leadership is a problem.”
