Nigerian Police Operating Like Criminals, Kidnappers, Nigerians Cry Out

Nigerians have raised alarms over alleged misconduct by the Nigerian Police, accusing officers of behaving like criminals and kidnappers.

Citizens raised alarm on different reports that surfaced detailing incidents of extortion, harassment, and violent encounters with police officers, sparking a public outcry on social media and calls for urgent reforms within the force.

Many have shared stories of officers of the Nigerian Police force demanding bribes, using excessive force, and detaining individuals unlawfully.
