Osun Judiciary Workers Protest Unpaid Allowances, Allege Persecution by Embattled Chief Judge

Osun

In a show of solidarity with their fellow members who they claim have faced persecution, the Osun JUSUN has picketed the office of the embattled Chief Judge, Justice Oyebola Adepele Ojo.

The Chairman of Osun JUSUN, Oluwagbemiga Olakunle Eludire, addressed journalists on Monday at State’s High Court premises, emphasizing that their grievances were distinct from any issues with the state government.

As reported by Daily Post, Eludire explained that their protest stems from the delay in receiving wardrobe allowances dating back to 2021, despite the state government’s allocation of funds for this purpose.

The union seeks answers from Justice Ojo regarding the withheld allowances and alleges mistreatment of its members under her leadership.
