Not less than 100 voters could not find their names on the INEC displayed list at Azamandu primary school, Imieckebu, Ward 9, unit, 15, Etsako East local government area of Edo State.
According to Guardian, some of the names include Asunogie Fatimetu, Momoh Asimawo, Momoh Joy, James Victoria, Umoru Juliet, Joseph Blessing, Muhammed Alimetu, Justina Omokhekhe.
Other are Momoh Fatari, Mary Julius, Sule Samuel Egetomhegbe, Happy Otinomoh, Yusuf Danladi, Paul Christian and others.
There was no security personnel at the polling until where over 600 voters queued waiting to cast their vote.
“We complain but nobody listens to us. We have been voting with the card here without any issue, what happened now is surprising to us,” they said.
According to Guardian, voting continued at the ward at the time of filing this report.
