Passengers Flee to Safety as Fire Erupts at Lagos Airport

Passengers on Thursday were forced to flee for safety as a fire erupted at the terminal of the E-Arrival Finger of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Lagos.

According to reports from DAILY POST, the fire resulted in a power outage throughout the airport.

Eyewitnesses recounted scenes of panic among both airport staff and travelers as thick smoke filled the departure hall, prompting a hurried evacuation.

However, thanks to the swift response of firefighters, the fire has been extinguished, and normal operations have since resumed at the terminal.
