Peter Obi Sympathizes With Fuji Musician, Wasiu Ayodele Over Death of Mother, Ex-Wife Within Two-Day Interval

The presidential candidate of Labour Party, LP, Mr. Peter Obi has sympathized with popular Fuji maestro, Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, known as K1 De Ultimate (KWAM1), who recently suffered a double bereavement of his mother and ex-wife.

Fuji Maestro has on January 16 lost his ex-wife, Alhaja Hafsat Ajoke Anifowoshe. Shortly after her death, on January 18, his mother Alhaja Halima Shadiya Anifowoshe followed suit.

Obi in a post shared on his X handle lamented that the passing of his ex-wife, and his mother, within a few days, is a tragic one.

He sent his condolences to Fuji and his entire family, while praying that God grants them the fortitude to bear such irreplaceable loss.

Obi’s post reads,”On behalf of my family, I sincerely sympathise with the popular Fuji maestro, Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, known as K1 De Ultimate (KWAM1), who recently suffered a double bereavement.

“The reported deaths of his ex-wife, Alhaja Hafsat Ajoke Anifowoshe, and his mother, Alhaja Halima Shadiya Anifowoshe, within a few days, are indeed tragic.

“I commiserate with him and his entire family during this challenging period of mourning. May Almighty Allah grant them the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss, forgive the sins of the departed, and grant them eternal rest.”
