The Lagos State PPRO has confirmed the arrest of Benjamin Nnanyerugo by the Sierra Leonan Police Force for allegedly committing murder after killing his girlfriend.
The arrest of the alleged murderer was confirmed by the PPRO of Lagos State (Benjamin Hundeyin) to The Punch; he said the suspect was arrested by the Sierra Leonan police force, and work is underway to extra
dit him to Nigeria.Recall that on October 11, Benjamin Nnanyerugo was declared wanted by the Lagos State Police for the death of his girlfriend, Augusta Osedion.
PPRO Benjamin Hundeyin posted on Tuesday, “Following the exhaustion of all available options to bring him in, he is declared wanted.
The suspect is 26 years old, approximately 5’9 ft tall, and hails from Abia State. He is dark in complexion and speaks English, Igbo, and pidgin English fluently.
