A private jet carrying several high-profile individuals, VIPs, crash-landed in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Upon receiving the distress call, firefighters and rescue teams from the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) swiftly mobilized to the site, as reported by Channels Television.
DAILY POST recounts a similar incident occurring at the same location just two months prior, involving a private jet carrying approximately 10 passengers, primarily VIPs.
According to sources speaking to Channels, the jet crash-landed around 11:00 am on Friday at the Samuel Ladoke Akintola Airport in Ibadan. Identified by its registration number, N580KR, the jet veered off the runway and into the adjacent bush upon landing.

“It was a private plane from Abuja. It landed safely but overshot the runway. There was no casualty,” a spokesperson for the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, Carol Adekotujo, told Channels.
