In response to the prevailing economic challenges, members of the Nigeria Labour Congress have taken to the streets of Lagos State to voice their grievances.
The NLC members, in significant numbers, converged upon the Ikeja underbridge, where they engaged in singing and dancing while calling on the government to give listening ears to their demands.
At the same time, civil servants in Kwara and Kaduna States have surged onto the streets of Ilorin and Independent Way in Kaduna, respectively, to express their concerns about the current economic challenges facing the country.
In vast numbers, the workers were seen holding placards and banners bearing various messages, all the while chanting protest songs.

The protesters emphasized that government warnings would not dissuade them from expressing their dissatisfaction with the dire economic conditions in the nation.
