A heavy downpour in Taraba State has left many motorists stranded after washing away the alternative bridge built to replace the collapsed Namne Bridge along the Jalingo-Wukari road in Gassol Local Government Area.

Acvording to Daily Trust, the self-help bridge built in place of the main bridge, which collapsed seven months ago, has been serving as a passage to motorists plying the road.
