Residents Discover Explosive Device In Niger Community Days After Terrorists Killed 40 Locals

Three days after terrorists killed over 40 people in Kasuwar Daji and burnt a Mobile Police checkpoint, locals have discovered another unexploded explosive device suspected to be a missile in the Ganaru area of Magama Local Government Area, Niger State.

The device is believed to be a Tomahawk missile warhead, reportedly of United States origin, raising fresh concerns about safety in the community.

“Anyone considering repurposing the metal should be aware that it contains a powerful 600-pound high-explosive warhead.”
