Oseni Rufai, a renowned journalist and broadcaster, has questioned the reason behind some pastors’ silence over Nigeria’s economic state.
Rufai, unable to unravel the puzzle behind such an act, took to his Twitter account on Saturday to raise the question.
He wrote, “Why are some pastors finding it difficult to speak about the state of the nation.”
In response to his tweets, Nigerians have started reacting to his query.
One of them, Oluwasegun tweeted, “CAN is even preaching against the protest like we have any other option? The country has been going downhill they said nothing, but when we said we are tayad we want to protest boom they came out of nowhere to preach us out of it, like they been living in the cave all this while.”
