Former President Muhammadu Buhari has congratulated Chief Bola Tinubu on completing one year in office and has urged Nigerians to extend their support to him.
In a statement released by Mallam Garba Shehu on Tuesday, Buhari appealed to all citizens to uphold national unity and goodwill.
He said, “I appeal to all Nigerians to continue to strengthen the thread of national unity and goodwill.”

Buhari emphasized the importance of supporting the Tinubu administration, stating, “Give your blessings and support to the Tinubu administration so that it can succeed in its efforts to build a Nigeria of our dreams.”
He ended his remarks by wishing for a successful tenure for the Tinubu administration.
