The Lagos State Police Command disclosed the details on Sunday through a tweet on its X page, emphasizing the importance of learning to drive responsibly.

The tweet stated, “In a Lagos housing estate yesterday, an 18-year-old learner driver knocked down a pedestrian resulting in serious fracture.

“Please learn to drive the right way, at the right place, and most importantly in the presence of an experienced instructor.”
