Terror and fear gripped communities in Nasarawa State over the weekend as terrorists launched separate violent attacks, leaving two people dead and abducting a couple.
In Giza, Keana Local Government Area, armed terrorists invaded the home of a local couple late on Friday night, opening fire before forcibly taking the husband and wife to an unknown location.

Residents have reported no contact with the victims or their captors, and panic has spread throughout the area, with some families relocating and others turning to prayers amid repeated attacks.
In a separate incident on Saturday, suspected terrorists targeted a farm in Barkin Abdullahi, Lafia Local Government Area.
While grazing their cattle, the assailants attacked a farming couple with machetes when the victims tried to intervene.
