Dr. Musa Gimba’s family was kidnapped nine days ago in Kaduna by terrorists who demanded a ransom of N300 million.
Today, the kidnappers killed his eldest son, 14-year-old Victor Gimba, and left his lifeless body at a specified location for his father to collect.
The terrorists have threatened to kill the rest of the family if the ransom is not paid.
This tragic incident has sparked widespread outrage and calls for action, with many using the hashtag #SaveTheGimba to demand an end to such violence.
Recall that Former Kaduna state senator, Shehu Sani, commented on the ongoing security challenges in the country, asserting that the current situation is an improvement compared to the previous administration.
Sani stated, “The security challenges would be over in the whole country because what we have now is better than the one we had during the Buhari administration.
“There is every evidence that many of the top terrorists have been eliminated by our security forces. And if you compare what we are having today to what we had yesterday, it is still the best,” he added.
