Terrorists suspected to be Boko Haram insurgents have killed students at Faudiya School in Geidam Local Government Area of Yobe State.
Faudiya School belongs to the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN), a Shiia sect in Nigeria.
According DailyTrust, the terrorists invaded Hausari quarters in Geidam LGA around 3:44am, on Friday, when the victims were sleeping.
“The incident occurred at around 3:44 am, when the gunmen invaded Faudiya School a well known Shiite school in Geidam.”
“We don’t know who they (gunmen) are but, all we knew is that they killed three students in the school. One person who tried to escape during the incident was injured and he has been hospitalized,” He said.

When contacted, Public Relations Officer of the Yobe State Police Command, DSP Dungus Abdulkarim, confirmed the incident but did not give details.
But Captain Shehu Muhammad, Assistant Director Public Relations Unit, Operation Lafiya Dole Sector 2 Damaturu, promised to contact our after getting details.
