Former Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey has been charged with five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault, following allegations involving three women.
The 32-year-old, who became a free agent after his contract with the Gunners expired earlier this week, is accused of committing the offences between 2021 and 2022.
Two rape charges relate to one woman, three to a second, and the sexual assault charge to a third.
Partey is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on August 5.”
