A Palestinian militant group reported on Monday that three of its leaders were killed in an Israeli strike on Beirut, marking the first attack within the city limits as Israel intensifies actions against Iran’s regional allies.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) stated that the leaders were targeted in Beirut’s Kola district.
According to Reuters witnesses, the strike hit the upper floor of an apartment building in the Kola district of Lebanon’s capital.
Israel’s military has not yet issued a comment on the incident.
