Aloy Ejimakor, lead counsel for Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has accused Bola Tinubu of allowing selective injustice against the Igbo people.
Ejimakor argued that while the Igbo experienced some level of selective injustice under former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan, it reached its highest point during Muhammadu Buhari’s presidency.
Posting on X: Ejimakor wrote: “What is now emerging in the open (thanks to social media) as institutionalized “selective injustice” against #Ndigbo has always been there.
“It reduced slightly under OBJ & GEJ, peaked to a new high under PMB & has attained genocidal proportions. Shocking that TINUBU tolerates it.”
People in the Southeast have frequently claimed marginalization, a situation that has fueled the agitation for Biafra.’
