In a plea for patience, Bola Tinubu, addressing a congregation at the Ansarudeen Society of Nigeria Mosque in Surulere, Lagos State, claimed an unwavering commitment to a better society for all Nigerians.
He attempted to reassure both supporters and skeptics at the ADS centenary celebration.
“I thank the Ansarudeen for its support during the election. It serves as a stimulus for us in government to be focused,” Tinubu said.
Amidst grand promises of addressing citizens’ pains and implementing policies for societal improvement, Tinubu urged Nigerians to endure patiently. “Nigerians should be patient for the benefits to start manifesting,” he insisted, seemingly oblivious to the mounting skepticism regarding his leadership.
