Netizens has taken a swipe at Bola Ahmed Tinubu, alleging that he knows he cannot win a free and fair election in the country.
In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), Son of Ayo (@TheAjakeManger) accused Tinubu of “regrouping governors who cannot win their reelection” to decamp to what he described as their “terrorist organisation.”
He further alleged that the “terrorist organisation” move was aimed at perfecting electoral manipulation ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In his words; “Tinubu knows he cannot win a single state in a free and fair election. It’s why he is regrouping governors that can’t win their reelection to decamp to their terrorist organisation, so together they can perfect their rigging.”
“But they will meet the people in front and, like it or not, they are going home come 2027,” Son of Ayo added.
The post drew a mix of support and scepticism online. One user, Ezeifeka_Obinna, wrote: “He needs to assemble the criminals and dubious people all over the country to manipulate the outcome of the election.”
Another commentator, @GGAfrica, pushed back on the idea of an easy opposition victory, asking: “Abegi.. where is the viable opposition on ground grassrooting? All these political fantasy won’t work in 2027”
“Before our very eyes, they have almost hijacked all the State governors, Senators and HORs but we are here thinking we can beat them to it without a single structure,” he added.
Son of Ayo’s comments and the subsequent reactions have continued to spark debate on social media about the state of party politics and the integrity of Nigeria’s electoral process ahead of the 2027 polls.
