Former President Goodluck Jonathan, has criticised the suspension of the Governor of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara and his Deputy, Ngozi Odu by Bola Tinubu.
Jonathan stated that such action has painted Nigeria in a negative light.
The ex-President stated this on Saturday while speaking as Chairman at the Haske Satumari Foundation Colloquium in Abuja.

Jonathan said he was disappointed that elected officials had been removed.
“These actions by key actors in the executive and legislative arms of government paint the country in a negative light,” he said.
The statement comes days after Tinubu declared a state of emergency in the oil-rich state.
