Nigerians are nominating Bola Tinubu and INEC Chairman Mahmood Yakubu for the 2024 “Corrupt Persons of the Year” award by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP).
This annual recognition highlights individuals globally linked to significant corruption and organized crime, promoting accountability.
Since 2012, OCCRP has sought public, journalist, and expert nominations to identify figures enabling systemic corruption.

The nomination process runs until December 5, 2024, with the goal of exposing and addressing global corruption challenges.
