Bola Tinubu has departed the United Kingdom for Paris, France.
Tinubu’s close political ally and former placeholder running mate, Ibrahim Kabir Masari, revealed on Friday evening that the visit to France was for another “significant engagement.”
Masari wrote, “Today, I had the honour of visiting President Asiwaju Bola Tinubu GCFR at his private residence in the United Kingdom, where we engaged in productive discussions. We then departed for Paris, France, for another important engagement.”
He had previously traveled to London on October 2, 2024, for a two-week vacation.

According to a statement by the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the trip is a “working vacation” and part of the president’s annual leave.
It also confirmed that he will return to Nigeria after his leave ends.
