American actor Tyrese Gibson has shared his views on marriage, describing it as “true wealth” during a recent appearance on the Club Shay Shay podcast.
The Fast and Furious star emphasized the importance of companionship, citing celebrity couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z as an example of those who understand the value of marriage.
Gibson criticised the concept of being alone, stating, “True wealth is marriage. Jay-Z and Beyoncé understand that.
Gibson stated, “True wealth is marriage. Jay-Z and Beyoncé understand that. Nobody needs to go home to a vibrator. Nobody needs to be alone. Nobody should be alone. This concept of being alone is bullsh*t!
“Because most of your favorite female singers who are out here singing these songs are going home to their man, fiancé, or husband… Nobody wants to be alone. Companionship is biblical. Marriage is very important,” he added.
The actor, who has been married and divorced twice, also emphasized that companionship is biblical and called marriage a crucial aspect of life. Gibson was married to Norma Mitchell from 2007 to 2009 and Samantha Lee from 2017 until their separation in 2020.
