Four people, including two teachers and two teenage students, were killed in Georgia, in the southern United States after a 14-year-old gunman opened fire at Apalachee High School in Winder, northeast of Atlanta.
Nine others, including a teacher and eight students, were seriously injured in the tragic incident, which took place on Wednesday.
At a press briefing that evening, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) revealed the identities of the victims.
The teachers killed were identified as Christina Irimie, 53, and Richard Aspinwall, 39. The students were Christian Angulo, 14, and Mason Schermerhorn, also 14.
The suspect, Colt Gray, a 14-year-old student at the school, was apprehended by officers within minutes and is now in custody.

According to the GBI, he will be charged with murder and tried as an adult. Authorities confirmed Gray was set to be formally booked on Wednesday night.
