In a shocking incident at Lifecamp Government Secondary School in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), three students have been shot by unidentified individuals armed with guns.
According to reports received by Daily Post, the assailants, believed to be boys, entered the school premises on Thursday, perpetrating the violent act within 500 meters of the residence of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.
A confidential source, providing crucial information to our correspondent, emphasized that gun violence has sadly become an annual occurrence at the Secondary school.
Authorities are investigating the incident as the community expresses growing concern over the safety of students in the face of such recurring violence.
He said: “Bad boys came to school with guns to fight, three students were shot and police came late.

“I don’t know if you can raise awareness about this issue, this shouldn’t be happening in the heart of Abuja by small children and nobody is doing or saying anything. It seems to be a trend every year something deadly must happen in that school.
“Blood everywhere, parents crying like babies.
“Lifecamp Government Secondary School is directly opposite Lifecamp Police Station and about 500 metres from the residence of the FCT Minister. This is a repeat of what happened yesterday. It happens regularly.”
At the time of filing this report, the spokesperson the the FCT Police Command, Josephine Adeh didn’t pick calls or return text messages concerning the incident.
