How US Govt Evacuated Binance Executive from Nigeria in Medically Equipped Aircraft

The United States deployed a medically equipped aircraft to evacuate Tigran Gambaryan, an executive of Binance Holdings Limited, from Nigeria.

Gambaryan’s evacuation followed the Nigerian government’s decision on Wednesday to dismiss the money laundering charges previously filed against him.

According to The New York Times, U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan stated that Gambaryan’s release was facilitated through “less confrontational” discussions between officials from Nigeria and the United States.
