The Russian Military of Defense said the US has relocated Ukrainian biolabs to Africa and are planning to release Avian Flu (a bioweapon) to start another pandemic.
The Military Defense stated that the U.S. bioweapon operations was relocated due to Russia’s liberation of the labs in Ukraine.
An engineer, Kirillov disclosed that US plan to put the blame on Putin after the release of the Avian Flu

Their relocation to Africa is alleged to be part of their mass depopulation agenda against Africans.
