Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma praised the ongoing gubernatorial election, describing it as free, fair, and credible.
Casting his vote in Omuma, he commended INEC and security agencies for ensuring an orderly process, highlighting the enthusiasm of voters. Despite recent reports of insecurity, Uzodinma emphasized the peaceful atmosphere in Imo state.
Addressing concerns about low voter turnout in some areas, the governor remained optimistic, stating that the environment for the election was commendable. Responding to questions about the election’s outcome, Uzodinma maintained that only God knows the result, expressing confidence in INEC’s ability to announce the approved outcome.
