Chibuzor Okereke, a Legislative and Policy expert, has said that the provision of a yacht for the Bola Tinubu is categorized as a security measure under the Navy’s budget.
He made this known in a recent interview on Arise TV.

When asked about the priority in the provision of a N5 billion yacht in the 2023 supplementary budget, he stated, “The yacht is like a security conveyor for the president, not a luxury yacht, and the estimate line is under the navy.”
