In a tragic incident today, 15 people have been killed and 47 others have sustained serious injuries after police opened fire on unarmed protesters in Kurna, Kano State.
The protesters were part of the ongoing #EndBadGovernanceProtest in Kano, which has seen citizens across the nation taking to the streets to voice their grievances against economic hardship and government policies.

Eyewitnesses described the scene as chaotic and harrowing, with many protesters running for their lives as police fired sporadically into the crowd.
Reacting to this popular rights activist, Aisha Yesufu stated, “Tinubu wants to kill hundreds of protesters.”
