Human Right Activist, Aisha Yesufu has criticized the action of the government who posed a protest in order to stop the #Endbad
Her outburst comes as over 3million members of the Women for Peace, Security and Social Inclusion Initiative (WPSSI) gathered at Eagle Square, Abuja on Saturday to announce the suspension of the planned nationwide protest.
Writings on the banner is a message to the different states in Nigeria telling them to say no to protest.
Annoyed by such disposition, Yesufu took to her X handle and wrote, “You are doing a protest to say No To Protest.
“Why didn’t they stay at home and pray? Just as selfish and irresponsible Governors have been telling citizens to pray and not protest,”she slammed.
