Former President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Amaju Pinnick, has filed a lawsuit against renowned Afrobeat sensation Davido, alleging a breach of agreement.
The legal action stems from Davido’s alleged failure to fulfill his commitment to appear at the 19th edition of the Warri Again Concert, held in Delta State on October 6, 2023.
Pinnick’s grievance with the popular musician came to light on October 7, 2023, when he publicly called out Davido for his absence at the highly anticipated Warri Again Concert.
The annual event is dedicated to celebrating and honoring entertainers who hail from the Niger Delta region.
