In a clapback response to the allegations made by Busola Oke, Bayowa Gbenga Adewusi has come out to say that he brought Busola Oke up from “nobody to somebody” without dating her or seeing her nakedness. Having attributed her rise from “Grass to Grace” to God’s glory
Adewusi stated that Busola Oke left his promotion and marketing company about ten or eleven years ago, after which he bought her another car. Since then, she has produced about three albums for other marketers and about five albums marketed by herself.
Adewusi questioned why Busola Oke is now calling for his head, accusing her of trying to use the death of Mohbad to trend and get donations by damaging his reputation. He stated that he is not yet ready to open up or do any interviews in response to her allegations.
Adewusi also mentioned an incident during Busola Oke’s Canada tour in 2019, alleging that she dated and had a child with a married London-based promoter, leading to troubles with the promoter’s legal wife.
Adewusi advised Busola Oke to retrace her steps for her own good and wished her all the best.
