Federal Capital Territory High Court has approved the request of Godwin Emefiele, a former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor, to travel outside Abuja.
Emefiele, who is currently facing legal challenges, appeared in court on Thursday, January 18, 2024, seeking a modification of his bail conditions.

While the court granted permission for travel, it imposed a new condition, mandating that Emefiele must remain within the country.
